Graduate Consultant - ESG Team

We are expanding our ESG Team in London and seeking a Graduate Consultant. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven individual to work with top analysts and consultants in the dynamic ESG sector.

In today's complex business environment, our multidisciplinary, holistic communication approach helps clients, including FTSE100, FTSE250, multinational, European listed, and private companies, navigate stakeholder challenges and risks.

 

The Role

As an ESG specialist, you will support senior analysts and consultants by researching and analysing financial data, sustainability trends, and generating reports for board-level audiences.

 

You will be a vital part of our ESG Team, collaborating with market-leading professionals. Your analytical skills and attention to detail will enhance company efficiencies and ensure the best advice for our clients.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain client relationships

  • Develop improved workflow processes for team members

  • Have an up to date knowledge of the regulatory framework

  • Produce Executive, Board Level, and C-Suite reports

  • Interpret ESG regulations, trends, and investor behaviour, and their implications for clients

  • Multitask and produce accurate client deliverables in a fast-paced environment

 

Education & Experience

  • Recently completed BA or MA/MSc in fields such as Economics, Finance, Accounting, Business, or Environmental Sciences

  • Demonstrated interest in Capital Markets and ESG/Sustainability

  • Proficiency in Excel is essential; knowledge of Canva and PowerPoint is desirable
